Next year, the province plans to transform 3898 old communities, involving 699,500 residents, 20,712 buildings, and a transformation area of ​​62.4357 million square meters. In the 16th city, Jinan planned the largest number of communities. In addition, Qingdao, Weifang, Tai'an, Linyi, Yantai, and Jining planned the reconstruction of more than 300. The reconstruction involving the largest number of residents is Qingdao, which benefits 13,7714 households; followed by Jinan, which benefits 99,891 households; Yantai ranks third and benefited 83018 households. From the perspective of the planned construction area, Qingdao is the most at 11.948 million square meters; followed by Jinan, 7.5591 million square meters.

As of the end of August, 3892 and 680,200 households in the new and old communities in the province were newly started. According to the number of households, the number of households accounted for 101.3%of the annual target tasks.

Based on the actual promotion of new transformation models such as "complete communities" and regional promotion, the transformation standards have been steadily improved.
