Shenchi County, Wuzhai County, Hequ County, Guangling County, Xia County, Youyu County, Lingchuan County, Yanggao County, Tianzhen County, Lanlan County and Hunyuan County and Yunzhou District, Datong City (latter three The county and district side side tied);

The 10 counties (cities, districts) after the environmental air quality ranking are:

Xiaoyi City, Jiexiu City, Wenshui County, Pingyao County, Yangquan Development Zone, Liulin County, Pingding County, Jiaocheng County, Xiangfen County, and Xinghuating District of Taiyuan City.
