Strive until the end of 2022

All the supporting construction of the highway service area that has been opened in the province has completed the charging infrastructure. The charging infrastructure or reserved construction and installation conditions in each service area is not less than 10%of small passenger car parking spaces;

By the end of 2023

The province has the conditions for the establishment of a province's provincial trunk road service area (including parking areas and service stations) to complete the charging infrastructure. Encourage parking lots and other places along the general country and provincial trunk roads around the key tourist attractions to explore construction or transform charging infrastructure and strengthen social charging services. Gradually guide towns along the rural roads to give priority to the transportation hub, public parking lots, tourist highway stations, RV camps and other places, allocate public charging infrastructure to strengthen the basic service of charging along the highway;

By the end of 2025

The charging infrastructure of the highway and the provincial province's trunk road service area (station) is further encrypted and optimized, and the rural roads are effectively covered. Traveling along the road charging infrastructure network along the highway, better meet the needs of public high quality and diversified travel services.
