Wang Moumou (male, 37 years old) did not report to the community after returning to Rong in Suining on September 20, and did not conduct home isolation and nucleic acid testing as required. There are serious dangers that cause new coronary viruses. Wang Moumou's behavior violated Article 330 of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China, and was suspected of obstructing the prevention and treatment of infectious diseases. The case is currently under investigation.
