This is the first vocational skills certificate issuance ceremony of the Huangmaohai Channel Project at the project industry worker training base. There are 92 industrial workers who have obtained the skills level identification certificate with him.

As a cross -sea project in the Guangdong -Hong Kong -Macao Greater Bay Area, the Huangmao Sea Channel Project has attached great importance to the improvement of industrial workers' skills and quality since the construction of the base in June 2020. The platform creates a training base for industrial workers in the new era for more than 5,000 builders of the project. And through training bases, a vocational education training system is involved in extensive coverage, diverse forms, and operating standards.

The training base is located in the project department of the T3 contract section of the Huangmaohai Channel Project, covering an area of ​​about 1,800 square meters. The seven functional areas of the exhibition area and the special skills training area have 29 training programs, which have the functions of security skills education and training and vocational skills level identification and special operations employees.

Wei Jianwen, a second -level inspector of the Guangdong Human Resources and Social Affairs Department, fully affirmed the results of the industrial training base of the Huangmaohai Channel project. The new model of workers' training has strengthened the linkage mechanism of co -discussion, co -construction, sharing, and sharing the base into a benchmark project for workers in the transportation engineering industry in the Guangdong -Hong Kong -Macao Greater Bay Area.
