1. Traffic control time and measures

(1) Motor vehicle traffic control measures

1. Puxi area: along Liyang Road (southern section of Changzhi Road) -Che Changzhi Road -Tiandong Road -Qufu Road -Tibet North Road -Beijing West Road -Chengdu North Road -Chongqing South Road -Huaihai Middle Road - The ground road (excluding the above roads) in the area surrounded by Huaihai East Road -Dongmen Road and Huangpu River is prohibited from passing motor vehicles. Yan'an Elevated Road (east of the north and south elevated roads) only allows the Yan'an elevated road on the Bund Tunnel, and the motor vehicle through the Yan'an Elevated Road into the Yan'an East Road Tunnel and Bund Tunnel. Yan'an East Road Tunnel (Puxi to Pudong) only allows motor vehicles to pass the ramp from Fujian Road through Yan'an Ergromic Road to enter the Yan'an East Road Tunnel.

2. Pudong area: along Baibu Street -Lujiazui Ring (North) Road -Lujiazui Ring (South) Road -Picker Street and Huangpu River's roads (excluding the above roads) are prohibited from passing motor vehicles.

(2) Non -motorized vehicle traffic control measures

Along South Suzhou Road (east of Henan Middle Road) -Henan Middle Road -Henan South Road -Renmin Road -Xinkaihe Road and the roads surrounded by the Xinkaihe Road and Huangpu River (including the above roads), non -motorized vehicles are prohibited.

2. Control time and measures for subway, ferry, and tourism tunnel

(1) September 30th to the end of the operation; from October 1st to October 7th, every day from 16:00 to the end of the day of operation, rail transit line 2, line 10 of Nanjing East Road Station, and rail transit The entrance and exit of Yuyuan Station of Line 14 were closed.

(2) From October 1st to October 7th, from 15:00 to 18:30 per day, the Huangpu River Dongjin Line was suspended.

(3) At 20:00 on September 30th to 21:30; from October 1st to October 7th, from 16:00 to 21:30 per day, Huangpu River Pedestrian Tunnel was closed.

3. Police cars, fire trucks, ambulances, engineering rescue vehicles, postal cars, escort vehicles, and vehicles holding the "National Day Automobile Pass" can enter the traffic control area.
