On September 27, the Fourth Meeting of the Standing Committee of the Fourteenth Committee of the CPPCC Wuhan City reviewed and approved the decision to agree to agree with Liu Huazhen and Comrade Li Caiyun's resignation of the executive members, as well as the deputy secretary -general and deputy chairman of the special committee.

According to the relevant provisions of the Articles of Association of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, the negotiation decision:

Agree with Liu Huazhen and Li Caiyun (arranged according to the strokes of the name), comrades resigned as the executive members of the 14th Committee of the CPPCC Wuhan City.

Comrade Wang Zhaoping is the deputy secretary -general of the 14th Committee of the CPPCC Wuhan City;

Comrade Zhou Fumin is the Deputy Director of the Proposal Committee of the Fourteenth Committee of the CPPCC Wuhan City;

Comrade Huang Hua is appointed as the deputy director of the 14th Committee of the CPPCC Wuhan City of Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan, and the Foreign Affairs Committee of the CPPCC;

Comrade Chen Jian was appointed as the Deputy Director of the Fourteenth Committee of the CPPCC Wuhan City of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, and the Deputy Director of the Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee (full -time);

Remove Comrade Li Caiyun's Deputy Secretary -General of the Fourteenth Committee of the CPPCC Wuhan City;

Remove Comrade Xu Shuangming's Deputy Director (full -time) of the Proposal Committee of the Fourteenth Committee of the CPPCC Wuhan City;

Remove Comrade Wei Yuzhi the Deputy Director (full -time) of the Population Resources and Environment Committee of the Fourteenth Committee of the CPPCC Wuhan City;

Remove Comrade Sun Jianping's 14th Committee of the CPPCC Wuhan City, Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan Overseas Chinese and Foreign Affairs Committee deputy director (full -time) positions.
