Oshaobo is located in western Nigeria. It is the capital of Okunzhou and an important power supply center and art and cultural center of Nigeria. The exchanges between Xiangyang City and Oshaobo began with medical cooperation. In 2013, two doctors were sent to Xiangyang Middle Hospital to participate in the "Emergency Medical Progress Progress" continued medical education project held in Oshaobo.
