In order to improve the ability of anti -drug refusal, the second anti -drug keynote speech contest in Hecheng District will be held in November.

It is reported that this speech contest is to better mobilize the whole society to participate in anti -drug propaganda, create an anti -drug atmosphere that mobilizes and participate in the whole people, help the creation of anti -drug demonstration cities across the country, organically combine anti -drug publicity with work and study. People throughout the society learn drug knowledge in relaxed and happy activities, and anti -drug refusal. Public officials, social personnel, and teachers and students in the district can register for the competition. The competition has two groups: adult group (over 18 years old) and children's group. The content of the speech is positive, close to the main line of anti -drug propaganda, talk about good people and good people around them, and promote the positive energy of society.

October 10 to October 31 accepts registration. The gender and age are unlimited. The preliminaries and semi -finals will be held from November 1st to 25th. The finals and awards ceremonies will be notified separately.
