On July 11, local time, Putin signed a presidential order stipulating that all residents of Ukraine could obtain Russian citizenship through simplifying procedures.
The simplification procedures for Russian citizenship were previously applied to residents of Donetsk, Lugusk, Hermuson and Zapolo.
