In August 2019, Mr. Wang splashed Aunt Yang while pouring flowers next door. In April 2020, Mr. Wang sue to the People's Court of Qingshan District, Wuhan City, asking Aunt Yang to stop planting and compensate the loss. In October 2020, the Qingshan Court found out that Aunt Yang stopped growing vegetables, fertilizer and other behaviors on the terrace after the facts, and compensated Mr. Wang to lose 300 yuan. After the verdict came into effect, Aunt Yang did not fulfill its legal obligations in time. In desperation, at the end of January this year, Mr. Wang applied to Qingshan Court for compulsory execution.

After the executive judge took over the case, he initiated the "grid staff+execution" working mechanism as soon as possible to join hands with the community grid staff to solve the problem. However, Aunt Yang never answered the phone and knocked on the door. Seeing that the heat came, Mr. Wang was even more emotional. In order to avoid problems for a long time, the contradiction continued to upgrade. In May this year, the executive judge came to perform legal documents such as announcement and subpoena. In June, Aunt Yang took the initiative to go to the court to explain that the court and the applicant were limited to a few months, and after the summer was mature, it was removed.
