The kidney is an important organs of the human body, maintaining the balance of water, electrolyte and acid -base in the body. Acute renal injuries are one of the common clinical acute and critical illness. Due to the complexity of their onset, the onset of the onset, and some patients with permanent renal injuries, early diagnosis and early treatment are particularly important. So, how do we need to protect the kidneys?

What is acute kidney injury

Kidney injury is damage to kidney tissue caused by internal and external factors. Kidney injury can be divided into acute renal injuries and chronic renal failure. The treatment of acute renal injuries can be restored properly, but chronic renal failure is irreversible. Acute renal damage refers to the increase in serum creatinine in 48 hours ≥0.3mg/dl or 50%and (or) urine volume <0.5 ml/(kg · h) in the original serum creatinine, which lasts for 6 hours.

High -risk factor for acute kidney injury

Acute renal injuries can lead to a sharp decline in kidney function of patients. A survey of epidemiological diseases show that about 13 million people have acute renal injuries per year, and about 1.7 million people die from acute kidney injuries and their complications.

There are many causes of acute kidney damage, and the pathogenesis mechanisms are different:

1. Intrusion injury, such as blood -loss shock, burns, a large amount of dehydration, heart failure, etc.;

2. Surgery, such as heart, women's pelvic surgery. Especially during the in vitro circulation of cardiac surgery, blood and artificial materials are exposed to the contact, and the human body should induce a systemic inflammation response to accelerate kidney damage;

3. The incidence of contrast agents in normal populations is 0.6%-2.3%, but for patients with chronic renal failure and diabetes, the incidence rate can be as high as 50%;

4. Dissoltage of horizontal muscle, such as squeezing syndrome, seizures, excessive exercise, severe infection, drugs, diabetic coma, thyroid dysfunction, etc.

5. Drugs are more common in amino glycoside drugs, eternalin, iodine casting agents, non -steroidal anti -inflammatory drugs, diuretics, certain Chinese medicines such as aristolin acid, etc.;

6. Neurological anorexia, many patients may have kidney damage.

How to prevent and control acute kidney injury

According to the high risk factors of acute kidney injury, acute kidney damage can be prevented in the following ways:

1. Strictly control blood glucose.

2. When there are risk factors such as hypotension, hyperglycemia, anemia, etc., try to avoid contact or use nephrotoxic substances or drugs. If renal toxic drugs must be used, serum creatinine and urine volume should be monitored.

3. If there are other options, it is recommended not to inject the filmmaking agent.

4. When using Huafarin, it is necessary to evaluate the risk of acute kidney injury. If the situation allows, new oral anticoagulant drugs are better than Huafa.

5. Once a drug -related acute kidney injury occurs, it should be discontinued or reduced related drugs immediately.

6. Try to avoid poisonous snake bite, bee -bell injuries, and eat poisonous mushrooms by mistake.

Conclusion

With the aging of the population, the incidence of cardiovascular disease and diabetes increases, and the incidence of acute renal injuries has also increased year by year. However, people do not know enough about kidney diseases and are easy to ignore. Therefore, it is recommended that you see if you have poor appetite, fatigue, less urine, edema, and foam when you have foam.
