On the eve of the fourth session of the Twelfth National People's Congress of Luoyang City, after investigation, I wrote a proposal to "build a rural dangerous earth kiln, cottage, and dangerous packet houses, support a long -term mechanism, and accelerate the construction of a new socialist rural rural". At the first session of the 15th session of the Luoyang City People's Congress, I led the "Proposal to encourage the rapid development of rural e -commerce in rural e -commerce in our city", which was valued by the Municipal People's Congress as a bill.
