Under the leadership of the Municipal Women's Federation, Shuicheng Women's Culture and Art Troupe is organized by the Municipal Women's and Children's Activity Center. With the unit literary and artistic volunteers as the basic force, the city's famous masters are invited to participate in the specialized cultural group. The Cultural Art Troupe aims to promote and disseminate advanced culture, use healthy activities to guide people, cultivate people with elegant art, and use excellent works to influence people to provide support for the cultivation of units and accelerate the construction of cultural cities.

Shuicheng Women's Culture and Art Troupe is an amateur art troupe, which is directly managed by the Municipal Women's and Children's Activity Center and carried out various training activities. The art troupe has consultants, heads, and secretaries; courses such as vocal, dance, yoga, recitation and other courses are off, and classes are attended every weekend.

1. Members of the Culture and Art Troupe are in -service staff and enterprises and institutions who love vocal, dance, recitation, and other activities.

2. Members of the Culture and Art Troupe must abide by work discipline and participate in training, rehearsing and performing on time. (Note: Each person is limited to one course, and each team is formed according to the attendance rate of class and learning effects).

3. During the rehearsal and performance of the Cultural Art Troupe, the units where the members are located should actively support and properly arrange and adjust their work tasks.
