Dong Jiquan is the Deputy Secretary -General of the People's Government of Dongying City (posting) for one year;

Peng Gang is the deputy director of the Dongying Development and Reform Commission and director of Dongying City Food and Material Reserve;

Deputy Director of the Education Bureau of Dongying City, Jia Zhenhua;

Feng Xiaochun is the Deputy Director of the Finance Bureau of Dongying City, ranking first in deputy;

Zhang Zhenhai is the dean of Dongying People's Hospital [Shandong Provincial Hospital (Group) Dongying Hospital];

Zhang Kai is Deputy Dean of Dongying People's Hospital [Shandong Provincial Hospital (Group) Dongying Hospital];

Gai Peng is the Deputy Director of the Local Finance Supervision and Administration Bureau of Dongying City and Deputy Director of the Financial Work Office of Dongying City;

Chen Dengshan is the director of the management committee of Dongying Port Economic Development Zone (both).
